I have lots to say...but will cut it short. (Mr Ling told me not to spend too much time blogging.)
Event 1: ACES Day
It was a lame thing. "All Colleges Exercise Simultaneously", evolved from the "All Children Exercise Simultaneously". Practiced for 2 weeks and they only did it once! And people don't do it. They just moved around and "dancing" to the music. What's the point of having it if people don't do it? And you only do it once? I remember the days in TK where we would do it 2 or even 3 times! It was so fun! However, I am not complaining. It was really great actually for the dancers to have came up with such cool moves. And Sharon did a great job in leading the crowd! You go gal!! =)
Event 2: Lessons = GP, Maths
I slept through GP. That was because it was the National Day Rally video. And I have already heard it. And i was super tired. Hehe..so caught 40 winks.
We were late for maths lect coz we spent 5-10 mins taking pics and wishing mrs seng "HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!"
Maths lect ended 15 mins earlier. Haiz...no one was in the mood to study lahz!!
Maths tutorial was normal. But it ended 10 mins earlier too!! Haha!!
Event 3: CG Celebrations
It was great!! There were lots of great food!! Azzimah's curry puff and nuggets, Shaz's bee hoon, Amanda's sandwiches, potato chips, biscuits, drinks etc... Really love all those who brought food!! =)
Ms Yeo and Mr Chua were our teachers-of-honour!
Pings and Sharon were the games coordinator! We were split into 2 teams. I was in Mr Chua's team!! We played Charades, Pictionary and Taboo! (such games were played coz ms yeo is pregnant. Can't play vigorous games mahz!) Xie lao shi joined us too sometime later and played a few round of games!! Haha!! It was really enjoyable. And ya!! My team won! And we made ms yeo do a forfeit. Made her sing a chinese song. Haha!! And she sang "san zhi lao SHU, san zhi lao SHU" (direct translation, 3 mice) Actually it should be "san zhi lao hu" (3 tigers). Haha!! aiyo...ms yeo...brush up some rhymes before your baby is born kk??
We gave ms yeo her presents etc...and took pics!! Will upload later!! Argh! The atmosphere was just high lahz!! It was really just a nice CG gathering and class bonding. I love O5A1O3!
Event 4: Concert
It was also very high!! Emotional me almost cried again. Shazleen's singing was just so sweet!!And emotional! And the other J2 gal who sang...oh!! They were just great!!
The videos and powerpoints done for the teachers' were funny yet touching. If it pricked my heart, it should have for the teachers!!
HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!
Event 5: After Concert...
Gave presents to the choir teachers and then helped ms yeo with some stuff. after which, i went to the library with ber to mug, while waiting for mummy and papa to end their physics lesson. We went to Simei pet safari and then to play pool. No no...not me...didnt play...played the archade shooting game with ber though...
Yes...i went with ber, mummy, papa and step mummy wen wen... (j.wen, i didnt leave you out!!)
we met j.wen and papa's classmates on the train. Ran into the train and then heard ppl calling wen wen...haha!! In the end he still went with us!! See the power of family? Haha!!
After they had played 2 rounds, the next table invited mummy, step mummy and papa to have a game with them. So M and P went to play, leaving wen with ber. As usual, i would stand and watch. hehe!! (I can't even break ball lahz!!) Pool just isn't my cup of tea! Hehe!!
It was a close fight. M and P got to the no. 8 ball 1st. However, they hit the ball into the wrong pocket. Thus, losing to the opponent. I learn new things each time I go out with them. And so, this is the lesson for today. Hit the ball into the right pocket.
